A good surveillance is an art. Surveillance has been described as “the diligent art of watching somebody or something for the strict purpose of gathering evidence in doing so in a secretive or discreet manner.” Eagle Six Group is dedicated to providing you with evidence that you can use in court to prove your case. Our team is made up of professional investigators who have over 25 years of experience conducting surveillances worldwide and have been trained by the best. At Eagle Six Group we use the latest technology and techniques to get the evidence you need.
There are different types of surveillance. Stationary surveillance is conducted by watching the subject at their residence, workplace, or any other location. During the stationary surveillance the investigator does not follow the subject if they leave that certain area. Our investigators will establish a discrete surveillance position where they can observe all activity of the subject. We will provide you a detailed report and high definition video of the subject’s activities at that location. A stationary surveillance can be conducted by one investigator.
Mobile surveillance takes stationary surveillance one step further. Eagle Six Group investigations will establish a surveillance position where they can observe the subject or their vehicle. Once the subject departs the location in a vehicle our investigators follow the subject and document where they go, as well as their activities at every location they stop at. This type of surveillance can be more complex and at Eagle Six Group we will use a minimum of two investigators for mobile surveillance.
We also use foot surveillance to document evidence. Whenever the subject leaves their vehicle, we will conduct foot surveillance to make sure we document all their activities. Also, there are times when an investigator cannot set up a satisfactory surveillance position to see the subject’s vehicle or residence during a stationary surveillance. We would then use foot surveillance to obtain the best surveillance position possible.
Surveillance is utilized in a lot of different types of investigations. In child custody investigations we use surveillance to document evidence of the welfare of the children involved. Surveillance can determine what the child’s experience is like with a custody or non-custody parent. Surveillance is also used to determine who the custodial or non-custodial parent is associating with and determining if the child is suffering any neglect or abuse. It can also be used to locate a parent who has gone into hiding in order to avoid being served legal papers or avoiding their financial obligations as ordered by the court.
Suspecting that your spouse isn’t faithful to you can be traumatizing but if you suspect your spouse is cheating on you we will conduct surveillance on them to determine exactly where they’re going and who they’re meeting up with. We can provide you with the peace of mind knowing that your suspicions were untrue, and that your spouse is doing nothing wrong or the evidence that you will need to take them to court.
At Eagle Six Group we use the investigative technique of surveillance to search for missing persons, in skip trace investigations, in asset investigations and also workman’s compensation investigations. We rely upon our experience and expertise to determine where a subject is headed and to get in the proper surveillance position in order to follow them away from their current location. We utilize surveillance to establish the subject’s pattern of life in order to get our clients the best evidence possible.
